Graupel en convectie, 5 februari 2013 | Convection timelapse and intense graupel (part 2)

When I came back from school at 4 pm, there was some amazing convection...like it was summer! :D It was only 7°C, so it was an odd feeling when you see beautiful cumulonimbus clouds building up in just a few minutes, during winter. Later on, it graupeled for about half an hour. At some moments, it was pretty hard! The graupelsize was about 1-2 cm. Everything ended at 5:30 pm, after I took a cool shot of the graupel falling in front of the sunset...
