Kenya police in go-slow warned

Deputy police spokesman Charles Owino issued a stern warning to police officers planning a go slow to demand for a pay hike promised by the government of serious consequences. Owino who downplayed allegations that the officers have downed their tools maintained that the police force remains dedicated to serving Kenyans and providing security.
