A distraught father is willing to sell his vital body organs to help fund a surgery to correct his child's sex disorder. Kennedy Kagoni's nine year old child has two sex organs of both sexes, thus confusing his true gender orientation. Despite the child being raised as a boy, continued stigma and finger pointing from peers has left the child traumatized, disrupting his normal childhood life.
