This effect will be cleared when this character leaves the field. A shockwave can be unleashed in this manner once every 1s. My Hu Tao play kind of sucks because of my wrists but I still find her very cute and very fun. I've been busy with IRL stuff this patch so I didn't have as much time as I'd like to record stuff.
