Ingredients:- 1/4 cup - Oats 2 nos. - Chopped almonds 1 tsp - Ghee 1 small - Banana 1/2 cup + 1/8 cup - Milk 1/8 cup - Water 1 tbsp - dates syrup Ingredients :- 1. In a grinder, add oats and chopped almonds and grind it to form fine powder. Keep this powder aside. 2. In a pan, add ghee and put banana slices. Mash banana slices and saute on ghee. 3. Then add milk and earlier made oats almond powder to it. Mix everything well each other. Keep stirring so that no lumps should remain. 4. Adjust consistency with water and extra milk. 5.
