"TOONAMI BUMP - Real Adventures of Jonny Quest" (1998) Produced by Turner Studios for Cartoon Network. Moltar voice: C.Martin Croker. When Cartoon Network decided they needed an after-school block of action cartoons and stuff teen boys love TOONAMI was born. For the first year or so the host was a CG version of MOLTAR more or less as he appeared on SGC2C - making Toonami the third spin-off from Space Ghost. His environments used variations on CGI Ghost Planet geography and buildings that had been originally created for the 1997 "LATE SHOW" episode of SGC2C (A conscious SG parody of David Letterman's CBS show). Anyway it was a fun period and it didn't last nearly long enough... soon it was all robots that hosted... phased out by automation!
