Try this posture workout if you sit all day at a desk! This 10 minute workout will help with back pain and help fix your posture over time. The focus is on stretching and strengthening particular muscles that are under-active when you sit for so long. The posture stretches will open up your body and combat chest tightness (which is a big reason for rounded shoulders!) while the low back stretches will focus on alleviating pain. I also focus on strengthening your upper body as that will help pull back your shoulder blades to build better posture with consistency.
