Missing Person Search / San Pedro 6.26.18

loudlabs.com SAN PEDRO - At around 2:30pm a LAPD, and LAFD dive team was sent out to try and locate a person that has been missing since Saturday evening. Haley Ora Downen was last seen on the shore line between White Point-Royal Palms and Trump National Golf Course on Saturday around 5:15pm. Haley is described as a 26 year old white female with blonde hair, green eyes, small build and a tattoo on her left leg. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs around 138 pounds.
