How I Healed from Ulcerative Colitis — A Public Service Announcement

Note: In 2022, about a year after this video was made, I went and had a colonoscopy for the first time in more than 10 years. The doctor said I was completely cured of ulcerative colitis. No sign of it whatsoever. He said he was surprised that I ever had had it at all. I think if he hadn’t seen my records about previously having had it he likely wouldn’t have believed me!
