Keep the mix aside for 20 minutes Now, add chopped onion, green chili, ginger, tricolour capsicum and coriander leaves. Add all the spices too. Mix them well now. Make flattened round balls in the of shape tikki. Heat a little oil in a pan for shallow frying. When the oil becomes hot, place the tikkis or kababs on the pan. Let them cook for 5 minutes on one side on a medium flame. Now flip them and cook them on the other side. Yummy 'Murmura Kabab | Murmura Tikki | Kheel Kabab' is ready to be served.
