Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukrainian Nationalist Forces of hampering the evacuation of citizens from war-torn areas. Russia's leader says its forces have tried to establish humanitarian corridors and were thwarted by Ukrainian-based militants. Ukrainian officials accuse the Kremlin of bombing the areas during evacuations. Meanwhile, authorities say a Russian missile struck a hospital in a Southeastern part of Ukraine. It was not immediately clear how many people were killed or injured. Associated Press International Affiliate Reporter, Philip Crowther, joins to share how things have changed since the last time he joined from Ukraine and how it is now like on the ground in Lviv. Crowther tells us more about the bombing in Mariupol that occurred today. He explains what happened to the various ceasefires that were suppose to take place.
