Mega Man 11 Blind Run - Pt 2 - Torch Song

The Blind Run Curse hits hard and fast as, through mistaken weakness guessing, I managed to pick what ended up feeling like overall the hardest of the eight main stages for my second one. This place does not mess around, and is an early pick for me as one that's gonna be a beast to Perfect Run. I'm sure there has to be something to Torch Man's moves that I'm missing, but oof, this guy means business.
