Cheap DIY UV Protection test for Sunglasses

i was looking for a way to test put if the glasses i got claiming to be 100% UV protection actually ware doing anything at all so my options ware taking them to a shop where they can do this test, buy a UV meter for 500 bucks or find a walk around which i think i did. i got the bulb from amazon:http://www.amazon.com/Sunlite-SL20-BL...
