CUSP: Understand "Just Culture"

The concept of “just culture” recognizes that all humans make mistakes. Mistakes differ in degree and require different responses. Learn how organizations that practice “just culture” identify three types of mistakes – human error, at-risk behavior, and reckless behavior – and respond to them to protect staff and patients.
