Dead Rising 3's Psycho boss battle: Theodore Lagerfeld Jr. - Xbox One

Theodore "Teddy" Lagerfeld Jr. is a psychopath in Dead Rising 3. He is one who took the key to the armory at the police station. He is a lazy bastard who is so addicted to playing games that he never knew about the zombie outbreak...fail When you get in Theodore's mansion, he appears on a monitor, asking you to get him a bunch of stuff. When you decline he attacks you with RC helicopters and goes back to what he is doing. You now need to run round to the different points in the mansion and destroy the consoles on the walls to unlock the door to the area he is hiding. The helicopters are not too much trouble and can easily be destroyed if required. There are a few zombies around but these present no serious threat. After you get to Theodore he shits himself and dies...great,you can then grab the key to the police station armory.
