Dark Souls Remastered - Gwyn NG+ parry only

When I played Dark Souls on the PS3 I always summoned Solaire as we were tight Sun Bros. I thought for the Remastered game I should give him a fighting chance and only attack him with parry/riposte combos since I have poor reflexs.
