Ukraine deploys troops against separatists

Ukraine has launched an "anti-terrorist operation" against pro-Russian activists in eastern cities in stages, with Ukrainian special forces mobilising on the outskirts of the town of Izyum. Al Jazeera's Kim Vinnell reports from Kramatorsk.
