Spectrum raising rates on almost everyone; in some cases customers say they are shocked
The owner of Spectrum Cable promised it would not raise rates when it took over Bright House Networks. But now Charter Communications admits it is charging thousands of customers more for cable and internet. In some cases the new rate came as a shock.
