WXXA Commercial Breaks (October 13, 2009; with 5pm News Open)

Taken from Judge Judy on Fox affiliate WXXA-TV (channel 23) in Albany, New York. The Judge's run started on WRGB until 2002, then WTEN, then WXXA, and finally WTEN again where it still airs today in reruns. Jeff Saperstone is in for John Gray, and included in the news open is Walt McClure (an ex-WTEN reporter). WXXA would air news in the morning, at 5, and then a long block of news from 10pm to 11:30. Despite growing its news output, Newport didn't really run the station well, and this led to the eventual sale to WTEN. (C) 2009 Newport Television; WXXA is now owned by Mission Broadcasting.
