Floods causing damage to key rural roads
Farmers are warning of food shortages as prolonged flooding is preventing the transport of goods, including meat, to market. Local cotton farmer Greg Whiteley says roads are routinely damaged and have been deteriorating because of the length of wet weather conditions.
