Less than a year ago, Rebekah Ceidro was too heavy to save her friend's life. Her former co-worker, Chris Moore, needed a kidney transplant. Doctors told Ceidro she'd need to lose 18 pounds to be a viable donor. Determined to save Moore, Ceidro changed her diet and ran every day. She recently ran a half-marathon and she's lost 45 pounds. Now that the weight has come off, doctors hope to transplant her kidney in the fall. Ceidro also plans to run a full-fledged marathon. #InsideEdition
