School Cancels Gay Valedictorian’s Speech

Valedictorian Evan Young was denied delivering his graduation speech for including his sexuality. Young had intended to come out in the speech and address current issues facing the gay community, but was blocked once reviewed by the Principle in Colorado. Jose Marcelino Ortiz and Margaret J.
