Click the "Actions" dropdown menu in the top toolbar, and then select "Recall This Message." Choose whether to delete unread copies of the email or replace them with a new message. If you choose to replace the email with a new message, make your desired changes, and then click "Send." Please note that message recall works only if the recipient has not yet opened the email, and if both the sender and the recipient are using an Exchange account within the same organization. If the email has already been opened or if the sender and recipient are not part of the same organization, the recall will not be successful.
