A Rogue's biggest strength in PvP is being able to pick their battles, thanks to Stealth. A Rogue runs into a Warrior and a Paladin, decked out in Tier 2 sets? Well, the Rogue can just continue Stealthing along, without picking a fight. That same Rogue runs into a Warlock at half Health, fighting a Quest mob? Well... that's a dead Warlock. Some of the things that make a Rogue such a potent killer are the powerful cooldown abilities, such as Vanish and Blind, enabling the Rogue to use more "Opener" abilities against the target, Openers like Cheap Shot, which both stun the target and give 2 combo points, fueling the combo points for the powerful "Finisher" Eviscerate. Eviscerate, after a Rogue uses Cold Blood can do serious damage, regardless of the Rogue's Gear. Eviscerate does a flat damage amount, meaning the damage dealt doesn't require a good Weapon or a lot of Attack Power on Gear. Early on in a Rogue's journey, this is a primary PvP Build, focusing on getting combo points quickly and popping off with Cold Blood Eviscerate! In Group PvP, Rogues offer insane utility, capable of Crowd Controlling and locking down multiple targets with abilities like Sap, Gouge, and Kidney Shot, as well as powerful spell interruption thanks to Kick, which is great to use on Healers! Furthermore, Rogues are the best class to get into the enemy group's backline, focusing down Healers and Spellcasters. Because both of these groups of enemies will typically wear Cloth Armor, a Rogue can shred through them!
