It's not easy to find the right words. Episode 6 of #TheRingsOfPower isn't making it easy for me either. While episode 5 of the Lord of the Rings series was my personal favorite, episode 6 is completely different. Finally, there's action! Finally, there are revelations! Finally, we learn more about the origins of Mordor, as #AmazonPrime imagines it... but not as Tolkien intended. Okay. I gave up on the idea of faithfulness to the source material a long time ago. But... just see for yourselves. We accompany our heroes of the #LordOfTheRings series in the Southlands. Arondir, Bronwyn, and Theo find themselves facing a horde of homeless Orcs. Adar wants to find and establish a home for his "children." A noble motive. But Númenor, accompanied by Galadriel, rushes to the aid of the men. What an explosive spectacle! Did you enjoy it? What exactly did you like about it? I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
