Hi :3 this time I brought lord bartobas to join the party ehe A lot of people argue between venti and kazuha about which one is better , and my opinion, as a venti and also a kazuha haver, is that they are perfect to the functions they were designed to be. Venti bringing tons of CC and supporting the team with the energy recovery, and kazuha with the elemental damage and reactions increase. I think the reason a lot of people have been thinking lately that kazuha is better than venti is due to a lot of "meta" teamcomps that rely on constant elemental reactions damage (national raiden, national childe, hu tao + xingqiu), making kazuha the best fit for these comps. Not only that, but the fact that a lot of new monsters just can't be pulled by venti's ult, making it really hard to land correctly his ult.
