Super Smash Bros. Brawl -- 24 April 2010, Friends Matches #01

...and, last, but...probably what I should've started describing first, I tackle the great multitude of brawls I had before taking my leave of the Internet-connected world at large. I do tend to assume that more than the other wacky things I share around here, Super Smash Bros. is fairly self-explanatory and easy-to-follow, but that just feels like an excuse...and I mean, come on, you're reading this right now, that means clearly you care! Awww~! We are joined by some unfamiliar faces, with RYAN being a particular opponent I'd been trying to set up a match with for a long time...but he's pretty lazy about bothering to get his Wii online at all in the first place, and I obviously can't remotely do it for him...therefore this is my chance to take out the frustration of not being able to take out my frustrations on him sooner. Oh, and Spiff[y] is here, too, so he too can share in the expression of my ire. --- Match #1 -- Jungle Japes Pikachu (Joou) vs. Toon Link (RYAN) vs. Diddy Kong (Spiff) Pikachu is so distracted trying to decide which of two targets to devour first (don't question the notion of a carnivorous, primate-devouring electric mouse!) that our heroic rodent loses sight of the true enemy...that fiendish river-dwelling Klaptrap! If a stopwatch is played in an attempt to remove two obstacles, only to facilitate one's defeat of the other by means of Dragoon...can one still claim an assist on that KO? --- Match #2 -- Norfair Ganondorf (Joou) vs. Luigi (RYAN) vs. Peach (Spiff) I still love Norfair. It could very well be my favorite stage, but the weird thing about making such claims is that of course you'll be thinking of that particular stage at the time of such a statement, you'll be thinking specifically of it...how long will it be before some other stage reminder should come up to provoke a similar reaction while you're not thinking of the other one? This game has too many stages. That's an awesome complaint to be able to have. --- Match #3 -- Dream Land Fox (Joou) vs. Ice Climbers (RYAN) Watch this one carefully...the Ice Climbers are crazy sharers of Final Smashes from beyond the grave! Now that's sibling love and togetherness at work! ...I still can't believe that happened!
