Russia 'does not want conflict with Ukraine' but demands 'guarantees'

Vladimir Putin has told Sky News that Russia is not threatening anyone and the ball is in the West's court, after rising tensions over Ukraine. The Russian President held his end of year news conference earlier, and responded to NATO's concerns that he is preparing to invade Ukraine for a second time. Sky's Moscow Correspondent Diana Magnay reports from the news conference where she posed a question directly to the Russian President.
