Trappe Community Mourns Fallen State Trooper and Fire Chief Brandon Sisca
The Trappe community is mourning the loss of their community member, fire chief, and state trooper Brandon Sisca, who was killed early this morning. Sisca, as well as state trooper Martin Mack III, were trying to help a man who was in the middle of I-95 when a car hit and killed all three men. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the story.
