Three Books On Leading with Emotional Intelligence

What if I were to tell you that you could find the content for an acclaimed business school course on becoming an effective leader for a modest price? One that was highlighted by Daniel Goleman in the book Emotional Intelligence some years ago. Of course, it's best to take the course if you can. But if you can't do that, and you want to learn what was being taught, here are the books to get started.
