Pokémon Revolution Online Playthrough #1 - Viridian City & Viridian Forest

Since it's the first episode of the playthrough, it's a little bit longer and more grinding is involved since I couldn't avoid it with offscreen yet. Later Episodes will have offscreen details so I can grind and prepare to make the videos faster. Hope you enjoy & thanks for watching! Recommend that you use a Rattata as a team member for later objectives. Also, don't evolve your pokémon! Butterfree is an exception due to its mission and it is way too different from Caterpie and Metapod. The most important thing to do is catch every pokemon you find, trust me, you will thank me later. I will be catching offscreen so it's faster. Details: Pallet Town You can obtain 10k poke dollars, 5 pokéballs and 5 potions after talking to your mom in the house. Upon choosing your starting I think Pikachu is the best choice since it allows you to teach surf to any Pikachu from here on out and also an Ash hat quest in the future. You can also obtain Mew from here but it takes a few requirements! Route 1 If you pay attention you can see I got a hidden item in this route behind a tree middle east from the route ( 3 Potions). Viridian City Ignoring the 8th Gym, for now, this is the first City that gives us a few things to do. Behind a still uncuttable tree, there is a Dream Eater- tutor who is next to an elixir. You can also find a Rare candy on a path south from him and a pokéball on a path north. By finding a 15 IV attack and speed Pidgey, an NPC south from the city will give you an Oddish. We are also introduced to Officer Jenny's bounties - Beat Bug Catcher Gerald ( found north-east of Viridian Forest, north of Viridian City); Get 3 Rattata Hairs in route 1; Catch a Sentret. Another NPC gives you a quest in this City, Researcher Daryll will give you an EXP Boost Potion for evolving 4 times before Brock. It can be done easily by evolving a Caterpie and Weedle to their final evolutions. Unfortunately for me, I had to grind 2 Weedles due to a game bug. To continue the game you need to beat your rival in the school. Route 22 Not much can be done here for now since it's the path to the Pokémon League. Currently, it only serves to catch a few Pokémon and get a hidden item (Pokéball) on the boulder closest to the Pokémon League Reception Gate. Route 2 For the currently available terrain, the only thing of importance has to be the NPC trader wanting a Nidoran Female for a Nidoran Male. Viridian Forest There are a few things to do here. Defeating Ash, a Pidgey mini-quest (reward 15 pokéballs), honey trees and Viridian Maze. We get our first encounter with Ash and obviously, it's a battle. The Pidgey mini-quest is pretty straightforward and Viridian Maze will be done offscreen to save some time. There are countless guides out there for it.
