☕ If this video helped you, consider supporting me by buying me a coffee: https://coff.ee/bimalbasnet Instagram allows you to add music to posts, and unlike stories—which are limited to shorter clips—you can extend the music length for posts to better match your content. Adjusting the music duration is simple and gives you more control over how your post feels. To do this, open the Instagram app and tap the plus icon at the bottom to create a new post. Select the photo or video you want to upload, then tap Next. On the editing screen, choose the Audio option from the bottom. Use the search bar to find the track you’d like to add, then tap the arrow button to insert it into your post. Once the song is added, tap on it to adjust the duration. Instagram lets you increase the length up to 90 seconds for posts, which is longer than the 30-second limit available on stories. You can also drag the slider to select which part of the song you want to feature. This way, you can perfectly sync the music with the moment in your photo or video. After adjusting the music length and placement, tap Done to save your selection. Continue with your post edits as usual, then publish it to your feed. Viewers will now hear the music clip you selected for the length you chose. This feature works for single posts and reels, but music options may vary by region due to licensing restrictions. If you don’t see the option to extend music, updating your app may help.
