OHS - Bar Muscle Ups - Squat Snatch WOD - 10/09/2020

10k run this morning. rested 3 hours. then PM session: front squats, some oly tech and power work. followed by this quick burner... for time: 30 OHS @135# 20 Bar Muscle ups 10 squat snatches at 135lbs time... 3:37.... I think.. def could have gone faster but what for? I'm not competing against anyone at this moment and all I'm really doing is trying to push myself relatively to about 80-90% of my capabilities so I dont burn out from training, work, and family life.
