We were invited out to the What the Truck event sponsored by What's Up SCV to try out Aztlan! Aztlan is a new food truck that's only been around for about four months. However, they've been catering food for much longer and it shows! They create experimental and delicious food like stuffed chilaquiles, pork belly tacos, and the killer al pastor burger.
