Stamp 2 swimming on back otters in Memento on Basic White. 2. Color with blends - many colors work, so use what you have. I like Soft Suede, Pale Papaya, Crumb Cake, Petal Pink and Smoky Slate. Outline the otter with Pool Party. 3. Fussy cut otters. 4. Attach otters to Blue Simply Marbelous DSP with dimensionals. 5. Wrap twine a couple of times around Blue Simply Marbelous DSP and tie bow at the side. 6. Stamp sentiment on label and attach to DSP with dimensionals. 7. Attach Blue Marbelous paper (DSP) to Misty Moonlight cardbase with SEAL. 8. Add some bling with Artistry Blooms Sequins. 9 . Attach Basic White c.s. To the inside.
