Homicide investigation underway after 4 hurt, 1 killed in downtown Sacramento shooting

A homicide investigation is underway early Monday morning after four people were hurt and one was killed in a shooting in Sacramento, according to police. The shooting happened in the area of 15th Street and L Street, police said. J, L and 16th streets are closed as officers investigate.
