FINAL FANTASY XV PS4 Pro 4k HDR

I'm trying to enjoy this game but the choppy gameplay and horrible camera make combat a pain in the ass. Maybe I am just too use to PC gaming at 120+ FPS. Does it seem choppy to anyone else? Compared to Uncharted 4 this is a choppy mess. It would be nice if it ran smooth like Uncharted 4 multiplayer does. It would also be amazing if this game ran at 60 FPS. You won't see the 4k or HDR via Youtube. I'm just showing the performance with those options enabled. PS4 Pro on a Samsung KS8000
