The Age of Games | The History of Paradox Interactive

With the 2nd Annual Paradox Insider happening this weekend, we're launching a new series - The Age of Games - with a look at the rise of Paradox Interactive! The Age of Games is a semi-monthly offering that will cover the history of video games. The goal is to have a healthy mix of gripping narration and useful context in each story. This week we cover the rise of Paradox Interactive - the company that brought the world Stellaris! It's the story of a young man dropping out of college, an outlaw entrepreneur scared straight in his teenage years, and putting stuff into boxes for all it's worth! My guess is I butchered the Swedish language in this video. Just trying my best 🤷 As for Science & Stellaris fans, fear not - next Saturday Science & Stellaris returns to its usual time slot, with an episode on Technocracy. My current plan is to try for a 3:1 ratio of science shows to history per month. I love both topics so hopefully you all enjoy having a bit of a mix, too!
