Russian Weapon Downed MH-17: Novaya Gazeta leaks Russian experts conclusion

One of Russia's last independent newspapers has leaked a confidential report by Russian experts investigating the cause of the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH-17 over east Ukraine last summer.
