Now that I've punched through 36th Street and slaughtered all Cephs in the area, I pay a quick visit to the Statue of Liberty's ruined head, partially submerged in the flooded street. I find this mission's souvenir inside her head. Weird! I swim under the Hargreave-Rasch building's parking garage to emerge on the other side. I must now get up to one of the higher floors in the building, and I am stopped by a bunch off CELL mercenaries. I wipe the bitches out, and I find a new weapon that they were using on me (before I killed 'em), called the L-TAG, which launches grenades/proximity mines!
