Reward increased for information leading to an arrest in the murder of Rachel Morin

Its been more than two weeks since Rachel Morin was found dead along the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air and still no one in custody. Metro Crime Stoppers originally offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Now, the Harford County Sheriff's Department is adding $8,000, increasing the reward to $10,000. “You can’t put a price on a human life but you know we want people to take it serious we want this information I’ve said it all along someone out there knows who this is,” said Sheriff Jeffery Gahler. “So, we’re going to take forfeiture money and put another $8,000 into it to make it a $10,000 reward for anyone who has information that can help us find this person arrest them and prosecute them.” https://www.wmar2news.com/local/rewar...
