Ukraine counterattack: Ukrainian pilot Successfully flies Swedish Saab JAS 39 Gripen

Ukraine has long asked Western warplanes to help fend off an expanding Russian incursion, now in its second year. Kiev is also interested in other Western aircraft, including the Gripen, a single-engine aircraft designed to take off and land from separate bases and even roads that some analysts say is a good fit for the Ukrainian air force.
