We have had some folks call & message us to let us know, that we are way to expensive on our Turnkey engines. So we ask a few simple questions. BRE - what ecu is included Caller - it doesn’t come with one BRE - Ok what about injectors Caller - huh no their not included BRE - which fuel regulator Caller - that’s not included either BRE - Ok what kind of engine harness Caller - there’s not one BRE - what about cam, crank, oil & fuel pressure sensors Caller - no those are not included BRE - do you know what kind of coils Caller - well it doesn’t have any of that. Now that I’m speaking with you & you have explained what a “Turnkey” engine really is. It seems that’s not what I was priced. I can defiantly see why your engines are more expensive! BRE - yes then theres oil, filters, fuel & 20-30+ hours of dyno tuning. A “turnkey” engine requires very little work from the end user. You only hook a few wires & literately (turn the key) & your new engine starts and runs! Caller - wow! The other guys I was shopping with don’t even have a dyno! Matter of fact that don’t do wiring, fab work or tuning. BRE - It seems you have priced what’s called a “long-block” Caller - no, I know what a long block is. It has a complete head & short block combined. This one comes with an Intake & turbo. BRE - you have what is known as a “long block” with some extras. Like an intake, exhaust manifold & turbo Caller - yes, yes that’s it! BRE - ok, well that’s most defiantly not a “Turnkey” engine package. That engine is probably 10K cheaper than our Turnkey engine packages. Caller - well actually only like 5K LOL. There’s no way I can buy all of the parts still needed & have a running proven engine package. For $5,000! BRE - yes, we have seen that several times. Guys think that we are over charging for the same thing. Please remember when shopping, to compare apples to apples. Caller - ok now I understand. I’m going with you guys!
