Raila's Contradiction 5: Raila is a Reformer

Raila Odinga claims to represent change but one of his close allies, James Orengo says that Raila is not committed into reforms agenda. Orengo goes on to describe him as a poor manager. Kalonzo Musyoka who is also another close ally of Raila claims that Raila is not a reformist because he stole maize for the poor. Martha Karua who is in a Presidential race claims that Raila was unable to deal with corruption when he was the Prime Minister.
