Patrols along trail increased after body found

The Harford County Sheriff's Office increased patrols along the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air after the discovery of a missing woman's body. Sheriff's investigators said they hope autopsy results determining the cause of death will yield some clues about the killer. Rachel Morin, 37, was last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday when she went for a walk and jog on the trail. Her boyfriend reported her missing around 11:30 p.m. and said her car may be at the parking lot of the Williams Street trailhead.
