LEGO Star Wars: Episode 9 - The Rise of Skywalker Part 1

Star Wars: Episode 9: The Rise of Skywalker (Dec. 20th, 2019) The story begins with Kylo Ren cutting through enemies on his quest to find Emperor Palpatine. He reaches Exegol, where Palpatine reveals he has returned. Palpatine shows Kylo a vast fleet of Star Destroyers and commands him to kill Rey. Meanwhile, Rey continues her Jedi training under Leia’s guidance. She works with the Force but struggles with visions of her future. The Resistance soon learns of Palpatine’s return, and Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewbacca, C-3PO, and BB-8 set out to locate a Sith wayfinder that can lead them to Exegol. The group travels to the desert planet Pasaana, where they join a local festival. There, they encounter Lando Calrissian, who guides them to search for a Sith dagger. Stormtroopers attack, leading to a high-speed chase across the desert. Rey displays her growing powers, confronting Kylo Ren when he arrives. In the chaos, Chewbacca is captured by the First Order. Rey attempts to save him, but when she reaches for the transport with the Force, lightning shoots from her hand, and the ship explodes. She believes she has accidentally killed Chewbacca. Determined to continue, the group carries on and learns the dagger contains ancient Sith inscriptions. To access the translation, they travel to Kijimi, where Babu Frik wipes C-3PO’s memory so he can reveal the message. C-3PO translates the dagger, but he loses all his memories in the process, leaving him with a fresh restart. Not long after, the Resistance discovers Chewbacca is alive and being held aboard Kylo Ren’s ship. With new hope, the heroes head into space and prepare to infiltrate the Star Destroyer to rescue their friend. Viewer Questions: 1.
