Lori Vallow Daybell has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder of Brandon Boudreaux, who is the second person she is accused of conspiring to kill in Arizona along with her husband Charles Vallow. It is believed Alex Cox, Lori’s brother and Melani Pawlowski’s uncle, drove a green Jeep Wrangler from Rexburg, fired a single shot at Boudreaux and missed. Cox then drove back to Idaho. DNA evidence points to Alex Cox driving the Jeep. According to Brandon, one person fired the shot at him from the back of the jeep, while a second person immediately drove away. The question is, who was the driver? It appears that there were 3 women who were very close to Alex who could have been called upon to be the getaway driver. Lori Vallow's niece and Brandon's then wife, Melani Boudreaux Pawloski, Lori's friend Melanie Gibb and Lori's other friend and Alex Cox's future wife, Zulema Pastenes. Who else might have been the getaway driver? What about Melanie Gibb or Zulema Pastenes? Thirteen hours before the shooting, Alex searched Brandon Boudreaux’s new rental address, which Melani Pawloski and a handful of others new. After the shots were fired and before Lori and Chad and friends, new if Brandon had been hit, they were doing google searches to try to find out details of the crime. They even went to far as to have Melanie Gibb drive over to Brandon's house to see if he was still there Lori's brother, Alex Cox, drove a green Jeep Wrangler from Rexburg and fired a single shot at Boudreaux, missing him.
