This is a quick tutorial on how to use Bollinger Bands and the RSI Indicator on IQ Option. You can apply this strategy on pretty much any binary option trading platform but I'd recommend IQ Option. The platform has a variety of trade assets, a free demo account and interactive learning tools, very high returns, and the smallest minimum investment in the industry. It's certainly a great platform for both newbies and advanced traders. Okay enough about the trading platform. Here's a summary of the trading strategy: In this tutorial, we use chart type Candlesticks and time interval 30 seconds. We set the indicators as follows. Bollinger Bands: Period: 14, Deviation: 2.0 RSI: Period: 12. Overbought: 80. Oversold: 20. Here's how the strategy works. When the RSI hits the upper boundary and a candle closes above the upper Bollinger Band, we buy a put option. When the RSI hits the lower boundary and a candle closes below the lower Bollinger Band, we buy a call option. The strategy works best on 60 Second trades, but you can still play around with the settings using an Iqoption Demo Account (link is provided below) and see what works well for you. Caution: While binary option trading has the potential to earn you huge profits, there is a high level of risk which can result in the loss of all your funds. Please, never invest money that you cannot afford to lose. This form of trading may not be suitable for all investors. Therefore, you should ensure that you understand the risks before making any real investment. Before you trade with any strategy, be sure to first test it on a practice account (provided for free on iqoption) until you are totally comfortable with it.
