This took place I believe April 24th, 1994 at Nassau Coliseum Uniondale New York. The Islanders were not expected to make the Playoffs hence they booked the comic/sports show for the same date as the 4th Playoff game. NY Islanders had a record of 31-35 before going on a 8 game unbeaten streak including 4 OT games to finish .500 36 Wins with 36 Loses and 84 Points. The year prior they had gotten cheated out of what should have been a Stanley Cup Series Against the Los Angeles Kings which eventually would have given LA the Sweep of the Metro Teams Devils (12), Rangers (14) if beat Kings in 94. While I regret being too afraid to speak to Mankind aka Mick Foley aka Cactus Jack I got some really good secondhand stories from other Dealers there. Including about Missy Hyatt who growing up she was somebody I thought was really pretty in the world of Pro Wrestling hehe. I went to see her in person though I didn't bother to meet there was more security or people around her compared to Clark Gillies who I got to talk to for least an hour. Somebody in the inner bars bought me at least 1 or 2 screwdrivers at like 5 bucks or more a glass which was really cool. I wish I knew who he was as I was like 18ish at the time haha.
