GTA IV: LCPDFR 0.95 Patrol: Episode 3: "State Police"

Officer Supper patrols around Dukes and Broker with his partner, and gets into some hairy situations! In this video, I use a NYSP CVPI car modification recently made by Yakadafi, also known as EVI.
